Former Vice Chairman of the Ophthalmology Professional Committee of the Nanjing Military Region, former member of the Air Force Ophthalmology Professional Committee, member of the Nanjing Ophthalmology Professional Committee, former specially appointed professor of the Nanjing Military Medical College of the Second Military Medical University, former senior professional title judge of the South Air Force, special researcher of the International Journal of Ophthalmology, executive member of the Chinese Modern Ophthalmology Journal, expert of the Medical Injury and Medical Accident Appraisal Committee of Jiangsu Province and Nanjing Medical Association, expert of injury and disability assessment in the Eastern Theater Command Air Force, and expert of social security and work-related injury appraisal in Nanjing. He has been engaged in ophthalmic clinical work for 40 years, and has rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of excimer therapy for ametropia, optometry, fundus retinal diseases, diabetes retinopathy, glaucoma, complex ocular trauma, ocular surface diseases, and dry eye. More than 10000 cases of minimally invasive laser treatment for lacrimal duct obstructive diseases have achieved satisfactory results in the study of epidemiological factors of lacrimal duct obstructive diseases. Published more than 40 papers, one monograph, one utility model patent, one scientific and technological achievement award, and was awarded the third class merit once in a national journal, earning the title of "Trusted Medical Expert of Jiangsu Province".
