Dr. Shi graduated from the Department of Medicine of the Second Military Medical University in1990 and got Master Degree of Ophthalmology at the Second Military Medical University in 1993. He had worked in Chinese PLA General Hospital after getting master degree and he began to work for Eye Hospital of Nanjing Medical University in 2017. Dr. Shi has been to other hospitals for further study and training, such as Eye and Ent Hospital of Fu Dan University, Shanghai Xin Hua Hospital, Peking University People’s Hospital and Beijing Tong Ren Hospital. He is well-experienced in vitreoretinal surgery and cataract surgery and he is also proficient in diagnosis and treatment for glaucoma, keratopathy and ocular traumas. He has published more than 20 papers and has participated in compiling one monograph and reviewing one monograph. He has been awarded the third prize of Military Science and Technology Advancement Award and the third prize of Jiangsu Medical Science and Technology Award.
