Dr. Sha graduated from Xuzhou Medical University in 1991. After graduation, she has been engaged in the clinical and teaching work of ophthalmology for more than 20 years. After receiving clinical refresher training on Ortho-K, Oblique amblyopia and ocular surface lacrimal duct, she became one of the earliest specialists in Jiangsu province on Ortho-K and lacrimal duct surgery. So far, more than 10,000 patients have been successfully treated with different designed Ortho-K individuality. Lacrimal duct surgerys of lacrimal punctum plasty, laser lacrimal duct probing, newborn dacryocystitis lacrimal duct probing , artificial lacrimal duct implantation, and dacryocystorhinostomy have been carried out successfully for over 10,000 patients with lacrimal duct disease, and several professional papers have been published in academic journals. In the department of asthenopia, Dr. Sha applies various theories of optometry and ocular surface diseases to treat patients with triprism test, visual function training and dry tear point embolism to achieve the purpose of classifying treatment according to the etiology of asthenopia and accumulate rich clinical experience. Visual function training was carried out for children with high myopia, hyperopia and hyperastigmatism through RGP fitting, which achieved the goal of improving vision rapidly and accumulated certain clinical experience. The specially designed RGP improved the vision and visual quality of the keratoconus patients. Dr Sha is the director of the lacrimal duct department and contact lens department of Nanjing Medical University Eye hospital.
