Currently serving as an executive member of the Ophthalmology Branch of the Jiangsu Association of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, Vice Chairman of the Nanjing Ophthalmology Society, Executive Director of the Nanjing Geriatric Association, Director of the Ophthalmology Teaching and Research Office of the Fourth Clinical Medical College of Nanjing Medical University, and Executive Member of the Visual Health Branch of the China Association for International Exchange and Promotion of Healthcare. I have been engaged in ophthalmic medical treatment, teaching, and scientific research for more than 30 years, and have rich clinical experience in early diagnosis, differential diagnosis, and prevention of glaucoma (including drug, laser, and surgical treatment), especially in the diagnosis and treatment of rare, difficult, complex glaucoma and various complications after glaucoma surgery. Proficient in performing modern standard composite trabeculectomy, non penetrating trabeculectomy, various eye valve implantation surgeries, and various new minimally invasive glaucoma surgeries (such as 360 degree Schlemm's tube incision, ciliary body ultrasonic shaping, micro pulse laser ciliary body photocoagulation, and endoscopic internal trabeculectomy). Hosted or participated in multiple projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Jiangsu Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and Jiangsu Provincial Health Commission Clinical Research Fund. The characteristic of professional research fields is to integrate scientific research with glaucoma clinical practice, and to transform scientific research results into clinical applications. The research results have been published as the first or corresponding author in over 40 research papers. The first applicant holds various patents and software copyrights, and their research team has won the third prize of the Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award and the second prize of the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government Science and Technology Progress Award for their research achievements.
